Our product reviews are intended for you to share your experience with a product and inform others. We encourage you to write a review, which we may request via email after your purchase. Of course, you are also free to write a review without our intervention, as long as the product was purchased from us.
To preserve a review, the following guidelines apply:
1. The authenticity of our reviews is ensured because only customers who have actually made a purchase receive an invitation to post a review. This ensures that the feedback comes from real customers with tangible experiences.
2. Our website does not post paid reviews. All reviews come from customers who voluntarily share their opinions based on their own experiences with our products or services.
3. Reviews must relate to the purchased product; opinions or statements not related to the product may be removed.
4. Inappropriate language, such as swear words, racist or terrorist remarks, or mentions of diseases and distortions, is not tolerated.
5. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a review is not authentic (for example, in the case of unusual patterns), we reserve the right to refuse it.
6. We verify and approve (post) reviews within a few working days of receipt. This allows us to verify authenticity and ensure they comply with our guidelines before being published.
7. (Product)Reviews may be (machine)translated, and ported over from our retailers, any Personal Data will not be ported over. The reviews will, in accordance with Dutch Law, only be placed under the same products, items, or services reviewed through the retailers. Reviews through our retailers will be marked as such.
Negative experiences with a product are not a reason to reject or remove a review, as long as it meets the conditions. Such reviews remain visible on our website.
AI was used in creating this site, for translating, creating code snippets, idea generation, or modifying files which have to be imported.
We do not, and will not import personal data of our customers into externally hosted AI tools.
We primarily use Mistral, an European AI client, with servers located in Europe, under a plan that ensures all of our data is kept private, and not used for training purposes.
