Lifelong Warranty

FUTURUM’s products have been developed and manufactured with the utmost attention to ensure that your expectations are exceeded. You can be confident that the products you buy from us are of high quality and durable. Every FUTURUM product therefore comes with a standard lifelong warranty against defects in the material or manufacturing. This warranty is offered only to the person who originally purchased the product and is not transferable. We kindly ask you to keep your proof of purchase in case you ever wish to make a return. LIFESPAN

The term lifelong refers to the lifespan of the product (components, materials, fabrics, etc.). Even though all of the materials we use are carefully selected and we make our products as durable as possible, the fact remains that consumer products will wear out as a result of use and exposure to the elements. The lifespan of a product is strongly determined by the intensity of use and how the product is handled.

FUTURUM reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at any time and free of charge. In the event that the product can no longer be repaired and is no longer in stock, FUTURUM will replace a defective product with a product that is at least equivalent.

The lifelong warranty does not apply if:

- The product is used for purposes for which it has not been developed.
- The defect is caused by normal wear and tear.
- The defect is caused by not following the instructions mentioned in the manual and/or (washing) instructions.
