How does it work?
To make the return process as convenient as possible for you, you can choose between using our online return portal to print a shipping label or going to your preferred parcel service to buy the shipping service directly. Please note that in both cases it is necessary to include the printed and completed return form in the package. Please follow the procedure below in order to make the handling of your return as efficient as possible.

3. Include the return form in the box in which you are returning the product(s).

7. Save your receipt and tracking number from the post office, since we might ask for it.

2. Fill out the appropriate fields and print the shipping label that you will receive by mail. Please apply this label on the outside of the box. Attention: We have negotiated with our parcel service (PostNL) the best possible service for the majority of our customers. This means that we can even offer returns free of charge.

8. Save your receipt and tracking number from the post office, since we might ask for it. Please note the whole process can take up to 2-3 weeks. Of course keep close contact with you about the state of affairs.

3. Attach the form to the box in which you are returning the product(s).
4. Go to your local parcel service and buy a shipping label.
Please make sure you are not using an oversized box.
We will refund a reasonable amount of shipping costs, in almost all cases this would be the full amount provided the package is not purposely made heavier than it should be, the box is not a lot larger than it should be, or other forms of abuse take place.
We will not refund any express courier costs or services, nor will we refund the amount if shipping is done by a company other than either the national postal service of your country, DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, or PostNL.
Should the receipt be altered in any way, the money will not be refunded either.
Please reach out prior to shipment should you have any concerns or questions.

Please make sure to fully, and correctly spell out the name to prevent issues with customs.
Spelling errors could result in your return being held up in customs, or sent back without notice.
6. Save your receipt and tracking number from the post office to complete the credit of your return shipment. Send us an email at support@futurum.cc including the following:
- Return form
- Picture of, or digital receipt
- Tracking number of your return shipment
Please note
- If you have chosen for a credit, we will transfer the respective amount to your bank account within 14 days after we received your shipment.
- If you have chosen for an exchange, we will send the desired product right after receiving proof of shipment, provided that it is in stock.
- If your return relates to an approved warranty case, you will not have to pay for the shipping costs of the replacement product in any case. This is on us.
